Founded
in real estate
BNB and Me was born out of a simple observation: property owners were leaving serious money on the table. Long-term rentals were the default, but the short-term rental market — particularly in Western Washington's high-demand corridors — was generating two to three times the income for owners who knew how to work it.
We'd been selling real estate since 2005, building deep roots in Western Washington's neighborhoods, markets, and communities. When the short-term rental market matured around 2015, we were positioned to do something no one else could: help owners buy the right properties and then actually run them at a high level. That combination — real estate expertise plus hands-on STR management — is what BNB and Me is built on.
Today we manage properties across Western Washington, from urban Seattle condos to waterfront retreats. Every property gets the same attention: smart pricing, professional guest experience, and an owner relationship built on transparency and trust.
